Brought my car in with an intermittent “whining” noise from the engine or transmission. Andrew and Simon were quickly on the case and ran the car through its paces for a thorough evaluation. Turned out to be nothing requiring immediate attention. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of their shop. Most shops you cannot bring in a car with an indeterminate issue without being taken advantage of. These guys are tops. Chuck in Plano

I have used this shop for years. They always do good work, at good prices and never take too long to get it done. Everyone is very nice and they won't try to upsell you something you don't need.

Excellent service. They helped my 70 year old mother on Valentine's Day with a tire issue and did not take advantage of her. Honest and Fair. Today, they checked over a van to be sure it was road ready for a long road trip. This shop is amazing, very helpful and appreciate their customer service.

Overall, this place is about what you’d expect from a local mechanic—reasonable prices and generally straightforward service. However, my experience fell short in a few areas that matter. I specifically asked for a tire rotation, which I do every 5,000 miles. Instead, the shop told me the tires “looked good” and didn’t need rotating. That’s not really how tire maintenance works. There’s no visual indicator that replaces a mileage-based rotation schedule, and skipping it without my approval wasn’t ideal. They also repaired one of my tires but only inflated that tire to the manufacturer’s recommended psi. The other three were left at 28 psi, which is noticeably low. On top of that, the valve stem cap on the repaired wheel wasn’t put back on, so now I’m missing one entirely. The pricing was fair and nothing major went wrong, but the lack of attention to simple details makes the shop feel a bit careless. Because of that, my wife and I won’t be coming back.

I got a very helpful pre purchase inspection from Allison's AutoCare recently. I was great! Thorough informative and helped me reach a decision purchasing a new Lexus! Thank you Rick and Xavier!
